#1 - Star Trek The Next Generation 

A Sci-Fi show that was ahead of its times. Ahead of its times on morality and asking questions we are still asking to day. It is still very relevant and IMO the greatest Star Trek Captain in Picard. When it comes to the best characters in TV, Data and Picard will both be in my top 20. 

My Rating: 10/10

#2 - BattleStar Galactica

A different take on the future of humanity than Star Trek series. A very interesting concept on what AI is, and the tragic history of the universe. A very dark themed series with Dr. Gaius Baltar as one of the best characters to be on any TV series.

#3 - House MD

My childhood, when I had aspirations to become a doctor, largely stemmed from watching House MD. He will be in the top 5 Characters of all time for my list. When House MD ended, I actually thought they had another season going, but I found it an odd ending for a season, seemed kind of wrapped up (not really). But when I found out, I came at peace with it having ended.

#4 - The Office

A great ensemble in its cast. A show with quite possibly the best romantic arch throughout its history between Pam and Jim. With characters such as Dwight and Michael Scott carrying the show also. This show was truly an enjoyable story about just an office with some odd balls and a great growing romance. 

My Rating: 9.5/10

#5 - Arrested Development

A show that has had a hard time keep in air. Hopefully Netflix comes around and starts it back up. Just a hilarious family and some interest ways of telling the story with the use of multiple POV of the same timeline in its most recent seasons... that just kinda got canceled. A very underrated show IMO.

My Rating: 9/10

#6 - Parks and Recreation 

Not a fan of Leslie, but Ron Swanson and Andy (Chris Pratt) are very memorable. Then we have other meme's such as Tom Haverfords, "Treat Yourself". Or Rent'a'Swag. And we have the "Literally" man in Chris (Rob Lowe). The finale ended it perfectly and Chris Pratt went on to bigger things like STAR LORD and Jurrasic Park... Too hopefully Indiana Jones (plz).

#7 - Breaking Bad

Walter White, and Jesse Pinkman. Another two of the best characters ever on TV. One of the best TV series over the past decade and loved by all. I enjoyed it a lot but I am not a big fan as many other are. It lands in at #7

#8 - Friends 

Friends... who cannot like friends? And I feel everyone should have it on their list.

#9 - Boardwalk Empire

An interesting look into what the Prohibition Era was like. A great ensemble of talent and ultimately has a suitable and fitting ending. It is a little Dark but the quality was good.

#10 - Futurama

A show that did not get as much love as it deserved imo. A great show to succeed the Simpsons IMO but now it has been ended. The one scene I will always remember is when Fry's dog waits for him and there was a time clip of it waiting.
